Thank you for shopping with Favor End! We work with multiple fulfillment partners to offer a wider selection of products while keeping our prices reasonable.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may vary depending on the item, availability, holidays, or periods of high order volume.
Estimated Delivery
Delivery times vary by product and fulfillment location. Most orders are expected to arrive within approximately 5–15 business days after processing. Some products may ship from an international fulfillment location and may require additional transit time.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Multiple-Item Orders
Products in the same order may be fulfilled from different locations. Because of this, your order may arrive in separate packages at different times. You will not be charged additional shipping solely because an order is divided into multiple shipments.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated according to the shipping options displayed at checkout. Orders of $50 or more qualify for free standard shipping where eligible.
Tracking
When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order ships. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking information after the label is created.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact Favor End as soon as possible if you notice an error. Once an order has entered processing or shipped, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed.
Delays
Favor End is not responsible for carrier delays or delays caused by weather, holidays, customs, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. However, if you experience an issue with your shipment, please contact us and we will assist you in determining the status of your order.
